I’m seeking recommendations for the most comprehensive 3-inch lift kit. However, I want to clarify that I am not interested in purchasing drive shafts, extended brake lines, or disconnects separately after making the initial purchase.
Let me explain the situation further. I am planning to sell my current Jeep and purchase a new one. I have allocated approximately 5K for upgrades for the new Jeep. My intended upgrades include buying 35-inch tires, wheels, a secure trunk of some sort, and possibly an OR-FAB tire carrier. These plans limit my options to a certain extent.

The AEV, TF, or RK 2.5 kits are complete and expected to provide approximately 3-3.5 inches of lift. If you are considering moderate to difficult trails, the RK kit is recommended. Personally, I have the AEV 2.5 kit, which has notably improved the driving experience compared to stock. Although I don’t engage in much hardcore offroading, I frequently drive in winter conditions such as snow and ice and traverse fire roads in the spring and fall while searching for ideal fishing spots along the Owens River. Therefore, I needed a lift that would make long trips on the highway to Mammoth Mountain easier while still ensuring the capability to overcome obstacles as they arise. In July, I may put this lift to the test as I plan to tackle the Rubicon trail with fellow jeepers, although I intend to take all bypass routes available!
Please ignore the few negative reviews. The product arrived quickly, and I completed the entire lift in approximately two hours. Personally, I found everything I needed in the package. I highly recommend this cost-effective option!
